Joining the Bike Ride Info

 

• Cycle training for the charity bike ride every Wednesday at 6.30 pm for 7.00 pm at the Red Lion pub and Sunday at 10.00 am for 10.30 am at the pub.

 

• There will be beginners, intermediate and advanced training depending on expertise.
